For Congress Registration, all participants must submit a complete online registration form.
The ESPEN Congress requires the full data for each individual participant, including an updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.
While registering online, it is possible to create a user account, enabling you to come back to your data to update them.

Note: the above rates include access to sessions after the congress for up to 12 months
Early registrations will be accepted until 2 June 2021, midnight CET. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline (2 June 2021). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will be automatically charged.
Delegates' registration fee includes:
- Access to the sessions
- Access to the entire virtual platform, with industry exhibition & eposter area
- Certificate of Attendance (sent at the end of the congress)
Companies unrelated to ESPEN are using our brand pretending to provide official services on websites. In particular it is a company from India (HICORD / Holiday India). They are not mandated by ESPEN.

The LLL Courses are paying courses to be reserved upon registration and are open for all nutritional caregivers (doctors, pharmacists, dietitians and nurses).
To register to any LLL courses, you need to be fully registered to the ESPEN Congress.
The LLL tests will take place directly after the session online via the LLL testing platform and participants must be registered to the corresponding LLL Courses.
Registration to the Congress is mandatory to attend the LLL courses.

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

REGISTRATION MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (fax, letter, or email). For cancellations received up to
Wednesday, 11 August 2021, deposits will be refunded less than 25% administrative charge. After this date, no
refunds will be possible.
A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday, 11 August 2021. For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
