PROCEDURES

All participants must be registered.

For Congress Registration and Hotel Reservation, all participants must submit a complete online registration form.

The ESPEN Congress requires the full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

While registering online, it is mandatory to create a user-account, enabling you to come back to your data to update them.

** For Students (under 35, born after 01.01.1988), a letter of confirmation from the Head Unit must be sent upon registration.
Early registrations will be accepted until 3 May 2023, 23h59 CET. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline (24 May 2023). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will be automatically charged.

Delegates’ registration fee includes:
  • Access to the sessions
  • Welcome reception
  • Access to the industry exhibition and poster area
  • Congress bag
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Scheduled coffee breaks
  • Lunch box on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th September

Companies unrelated to ESPEN are using our brand pretending to provide official services on websites. In particular it is a company from India (HICORD / Holiday India). They are not mandated by ESPEN.

LLL COURSES

The LLL Courses are paying courses to be reserved upon registration and are open for all nutritional care givers (doctors, pharmacists, dietitians and nurses).

PAYMENT

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

  1. Credit Card

    Please fill in your card number and expiration date on the registration form as indicated.

REGISTRATION MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing. For cancellations received up to Wednesday, 9 August 2023, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Modification conditions

A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday, 9 August 2023. For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
