For those who can’t join us in Lyon, a virtual attendance option is provided. 

REGISTRATION FEES*

* Fees payable in EURO only, VAT included.
** For Students (under 35, born after 01.01.1988), a letter of confirmation from the Head Unit must be sent upon registration.

Early registrations will be accepted until 3 May 2023, 23:59 CEST. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline (3 May 2023, 23:59 CEST). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the regular registration fee will be automatically charged.

Regular registrations will be accepted until 26 July 2023, 23:59 CEST. The regular fees will only apply when registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline (26 July 2023, 23:59 CEST). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will be automatically charged.

LLL COURSES

The LLL Courses are paying courses to be reserved upon registration to the ESPEN Congress and are open for all nutritional care givers (doctors, pharmacists, dietitians and nurses).

A discount of 10% on the course registration fee is granted if 2 or more modules are booked.

*Registration to the Congress is mandatory to attend the LLL courses.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS

All participants must be registered to access the ESPEN Congress.

For Congress registration and Hotel reservation, all participants must submit a complete online registration form.

The ESPEN Congress requires the full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

While registering on-line, it is possible to create a user-account, enabling you to manage your data and reservations.

PAYMENT

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

1. Credit Card

American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard and Visa cards will be accepted.
Please fill in your card number and expiration date on the online registration form as indicated.

From Thursday 27 July 2023, only payments by credit card will be accepted.

Please indicate the participant’s / group’s name, identifier and “ESPEN 2023” on ALL payments (for example, ESPEN 2023-I/XX or G/XX).

All expenses shall be borne by ordering customer.
Please note that intermediary bank fees may be applied, please verify with your local bank.

No discount will be provided in case of early settlements.
Cheques: please note that payments by personal cheques are not accepted.

CONFIRMATION
